People have traveled from all over the country for our cream pies.  We use the same machine that Augustino used in the early stages of Conti’s to make the almost cloud like whipped cream that we’re known for.  The staple of our cream pie selection is our famous Boston cream pie.  It’s made with a moist chiffon cake, our signature mixture of custard and freshly whipped cream and topped with fine bittersweet chocolate.
